Nice photo album of an Unteroffizier awarded the Iron Cross 2nd Class, East Medal, Wound Badge in black, Tank Assault Badge in bronze and the Westwall Medal (awards are shown on many of his photos).
He served with 4. MG Kompanie of Infanterie-Reigment 64. Pictures were taken during the France Campaign and Eastern Campaigns (one photo subtitled "Bulgarien etc..."
To the end there is a hand-painted birthday card signed by all NCOs of 4./581 on 15.10.1943. He must have served with Infanterie-Reigment 581 later in war.
Most photos are glued in. Roughly 150 photos in total.
