Certificate to 1939 War Merit Cross 2nd Class with swords. Issued "Führerhauptquartier" 1. September 1942. Signed by Generalfeldmarschall Keitel.
Certificate to 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class. Issued 1.4.1944. Signed by SS-Gruppenführer and Generalleutnant Erwin Rösener (Anti-Partisan Badge in silver recipient). He was executed by hanging on 4. September 1946. It's possible that Karl Wielander was involved in anti-partisan combat "Bandenbekämpfung".
