Rare Bandenkampf grouping to Gefreiter Rudolf Uttendorf serving with 10./Gren.(F.A.) Regt.640.
Award certificate issued on 13.7.1944. "Der höhere SS-u.Pol.-Führer - Rußland Nord" stamped and signed by SS-Obergruppenführer und General der Polizei.
Folded once. Good condition 2.
Anti Partisan Badge in bronze or even gold. Zinc. Textbook example in good condition 2. Juncker make. Gold/yellow finish clearly visible which could make this a gold grade one! Since this is hard to judge, we offer it as a bronze grade. Thin hair cracks.
Wehrpaß with original photo of Uttendorf who actively served from 28.1.1944. His field units were 10./Gren. (F.A.) Rgt.640 and 3./Gren.(F.A.) Btl. 391. Very good condition.
Page 23 lists his awards: Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in silber, Bandenkampf-Abzeichen in Bronze, Verwundetenabzeichen in schwarz. Stamped by Sanitäts-Abt.Heidelberg.
Page 32 confirms he was involved in anti Partisan combat: "... Kämpfe mit Banden..."
