Small SS photo album dedicated to Oberst Rüter. Signed by Heinrich Himmler (blue ink) on the first page. It was set-up to remember Himmlers visit of the KZ Dachach and the SS-Standarte „Deutschland“ on 25.4.1939. Oberst Rüter must have been part of Himmlers allegiance on that day. It was sent to Rüter together with a 18.9.39 dated letter signed by SS-Gruppenführer Wolff. The letter has a nice DER REICHSFÜHRER-SS Der Chef des Persönlichen Stabes letterhead.
