Description
Nice Kriegsmarine grouping for a Kapitänleutnant (Ingenieur) including a rare pair of cased Epaulletees for the frock coat.

The Epaullettes were made by OTTO POLKE. The original case comes weigh a maker's paper tag. The case is a little dry and shows partial damage however it proceed the Epaullettes well over the year. Both are in great condition. Fine "Kantillenfransen" from high quality. Only a few few tiny moth bites if you look very closely. Two rank pips for a Kapitänleutnant.

Two pair of Oberfähnrich boards for the summer tunic as well as two single shoulder board. One metal breast eagle for the summer tunic as well as one fine embroidered cloth example. Lot of 50 Kriegsmarine uniform buttons of all kind. One machine-woven KRIEGSMARINE cap tally.

There is one unknown naval cloth badge (probably postwar) and one pair of hangers for the officer's dagger which also looks postwar to me. Bundesmarine?

A nice untouched grouping.
