Description
Small grouping to U-Boot officer Kapitänleutnant Marius Jacobsen.

Large size promotion certificate promoting Marius Jacobsen to a Leutnant (Ing.). Original ink signature of Raeder. Embossed printed national eagle. 4 pages. Large size.

Certificate to the War Merit Cross 2nd Class with swords issued to Kapitänleutnant (Ing.) Jacobsen. Issued "An Bord" on 1.9.1944. Very nice condition. Never folded. Facsimile signature of Admiral Hans-Georg von Friedeburg, "Admiral und Kommandierender Admiral der Unterseeboote".

Typewriter written chronicle of U-354. Probably postwar? Including a very interesting postwar (1940s) list in english language stating the fate of all German U-Boot. From U-1 to U-4713. It says that this list was asked by the "Alliierte Kontrollkommission".

We have not found out what boat Jacobsen has served.
