A rare 1939 Social Welfare Decoration 1st Class with case. The case is marked “Godet” (sunken) on the underside.
The medal, ribbon and case are all in very nice condition. The enamel of the cross shows as well as the ribbon minor signs of wear and patina. There is no damage or chips to the enamel. A great cross with character!
Case opening and closing correctly. Very nice condition. The spring of the clipper is not very strong anymore but it still holds the top fine.
