Wehrmacht, brownish-coloured, wooden ammunition-case: 'Luftdichter Patronenkasten'. The wooden casing (measuring: 50 x 37 x 18 cms.) shows a stenciled (black-coloured) text on its top that reads: ''Luftdichter Patronenkasten'. The piece retains all three of its (glued-on- and paper-based-) etikets that all three provide a detailed overview on the particular contents.
The etikets - of which both outer-attached-ones show some damage and wear - read: '1500 Patronen S.m.K. Lspur. (Gelb)'. The casing has a zinc-based 'inner-section' installed and retains both its (functional) closing-devices in place.
