Germany 1918 - 1945 Heer Wehrkreis XIII parade uniform grouping
Description
Untouched Heer uniform grouping for a Feldwebel serving with Wehrkreis XIII. A very rare set with orange piping which was used for Wehrkreis and Feldgendarmerie only. Certainly one of the rarest type of parade tunics existing.
Fine tunic with overall original attached insignia. All tabs, tress, boards and eagle show the same sort of patina and are perfectly matching.
Stunning officer's type breast eagle attached by hand. Collar tabs and sleeve patches attached by machine. Rank pip and "XIII" shoulder board cyphers shows same silver finish and patina.
All buttons complete and original attached. Two pair of loops to the left side. One for one award and one for a small field ribbon.
Fine green silk lining. Signs of wear to the inner armpits. Clearly torn.
The tunic comes in nice condition. There are only a handful of really small moth bites if you look closely. Mainly under one armpit (covered).
Condition 2.
Matching parade trousers with rare orange piping to the sides. Unfortunately more moth damage here. Mainly to one leg. Not much signs of wear but due to the moth damage condition 3.
The trousers guaranteed belonged to the owner of the tunic.
