Wehrpass to Anton Graßl serving with Gebirgs-Pionier-Bataillon 54, 1. Kompanie.
Issued on 13.08.1936 with original photography. The cover slightly damaged to the spine.
The Wehrpass comes with a long campaign list from 6.9.1939 unitl 12.12.1944. Noted on six pages. Anti partisan combat "Bandenbekämpfung" in Serbia, Montenegro, Greece, Croatia, etc. from 23.4.1944 to 02.12.1944. A very interesting list!
Awards: Anschluss Austria Medal, Sudetenland Medal, Wound Badge in black, 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class, East Medal, Infantry Assault Badge (in silver), and Close Combat Clasp in bronze. Noted on page 23 and 38.
Killed in action at Nagybajom (Hungary) on 12.12.1944.
Furthermore one group photo. It shows the Sturm 12/J 3 "Dietrich Eckart". Dated "Berchtesgaden 4. February 1940". Lettered to the reverse. Postcard-size.
