Rare plaque "Zur Erinnerung an die Fertigstellung der Reichskanzlei". The plaque comes in the original red case of issue and inlcudes the original packing paper.
These plaques were given to the staff members building the Reichskanzlei in Berlin which has been finished in January 1939. HAG (Hüttenamt Gleiwitz) maker marked. 26,5cm + 13,5cm. Complete with the original wall hanger on the back. Designed by Arno Breker.
Very good condition with excellent black finish. Very hard to find.
Original red case of issue. Gilt national eagle printed to the cover. Closure missing. The strape is in place but damaged.
Size of the case: 31cm x 18cm. Signs of use and age.
