Certificate to General Assault Badge. Issued on 21.3.1943 to Josef Plentinger serving with schwere Panzerjägerkompanie 516. Signed by an Oberst. Folded. Furthermore, his certificate to "Reichsberufswettkampf 1939". Issued in February 1939. Facsimile signature. Signs of use.

Gefreiter Josef Alber

Document grouping to Josef Alber serving with Infanterie-Regiment 481. Killed in action on 5. February 1941 at Kolbi, Russia.

Certificate to Infantry Assault Badge in silver. Awarded on 1. December 1941. Certificate issued on 30. March 1942. Signed by a Major. Folded.

Two letters to his wife from the Kompanieführer. He had informed her about the death of her husband. Dated 3. April 1942 and 26. February 1942.

Roughly 40 period time photos and postcards of his service as well as of this father Josef Max Alber. He served in WWI with 1. Kompanie/Bayerisches Armee-Bataillon No. 19.
