Wehrpass to Oberleutnant and Gruppenkommandeur Joachim Könneke serving with 2. and 5./Kampfgeschwader 27 "Boelcke".
Issued on 20. March 1937 with original photography. Oberleutnant Könneke died in an airplane accident on 22.2./23.2.1945 at Linz. He is buried in the cemetery Sankt Martin/Linz. Noted on page 34.
Awards: German Sports Badge, Luftwaffe Pilot's Badge, 1939 War Merit Cross 2nd Class with swords, 1939 Iron Cross 2nd and 1st Class, Squadron Clasp for Kampfflieger in bronze, silver, and gold, Luftwaffe Honor Goblet on 20.3.1944, German Cross in gold on 13.6.1944 and "200" missions hanger to Squadron Clasp for Kampfflieger in gold on 28.2.1945 (posthumously). Each award is listed in his Wehrpass.
Campaign list from 15.11.1939 until 23.2.1945. 200 "Feindflüge" sorties and 12 "Frontflüge" enemy missions registered on page 33. Furthermore an interesting list of his military air force training on page 21.
