Prussian M1886 officer's spike helmet with camo cover.
Size "57" written with pencil to the inside. No extra holes. All insignia original to the helmet. Complete with both cockades.
The spike and front emblem look to be period time gilt with color to provide a more glamorous look, however, there is now a thick patina above the gilding. Removable spike.
Leather corpus in nice shape. Officer's silk lining damaged.
The helmet comes with a textbook matching camo cloth cover. It is correctly "D.R.P." marked and comes with minor signs of age and wear.
