A very interesting dagger which was a gift to a SA member for his 10th anniversary in the NSDAP. Issued by SA Sturm 15/8.
Etched blade with motto "ALLES FÜR DEUTSCHLAND". RZM "M7/67/38" (Gottlieb Hammesfahr) maker marked. Brown wooden handle with enamel SA emblem and national eagle. The handle has a small repair near the left wing of the eagle. Original attached metal tag to the reverse. It comes with the inscription "10 jähriges Parteijubiläum S.A. St. 15/8". Furthermore early nickel fittings.
Original brown factory patined scabbard. Including the matching leather hanger. RZM "M5/8" and "A" (Assmann) maker marked to the snap-clip. Fully working. The upper area (leather) of the hanger is missing. Damaged.
Please note: This dagger is an interesting intermediate type. It still comes with early nickel fittings, but with its scabbard already painted as the later types. Furthermore, it was already issued with an RZM marked, later blade as well. All parts are entirely matching in our opinion.
