A fine Reichswehr/Wehrmacht beer mug to Pionier Heck serving with 2. Kompanie, Pionier-Bataillon Ulm from 1934 until 1935.
The mug comes with a nice colored picture of the "Ulmer Münster" (church) to the front. Lettering "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit 1934/1935". Including a list of names of his comrades, who served with him.
Original tin lid. It depicts the portrait of Paul von Hindenburg and the so-called "Ulmer Spatz" (Sparrow of Ulm). The sparrow holds a small pole in its beak, probably a piece is missing which was once fixed there.
