Extremely rare Heer so-called "crusher" cap. A "Feldmütze alter Art" with soft leather visor. The cap was privately purchased and made by "Hostenbader & Fritz". It is maker marked to the brown cotton lining. Above the maker's mark is a slightly damaged celluloid diamond. Nice sweat-band with signs of wear and patina. No cracks. The leather visor is also still very flexible.
Pink (Panzer) piping. Fresh colors! Originally attached machine-woven officer's cap insignia. Very early cap badge with light grey backing! An officer's chin strap with buttons.
Just a handfull of small moth holes. Nice condition 2. Nice shape as well!
