Fine quality SCHELLENBERGER made Wehrmacht Signals (Nachrichten) officers visor cap. An slightly worn cap from outstanding quality. Period time attached hand-embroidered cap wreath and aluminum cap eagle. Metal eagles were often worn with embroidered cap wreath badges as can be seen on various period time photos.
Golden ilk inlay with a ORIGINAL SCHELLENBERG SONDERKLASSE maker mark. No cracks to the diamond. A unknown 7 stamp to the inner sweat-band.
The size should be 56.
Minor moth bites, no holes. Very nice quality cap in condition 2, however it certainly got the mint look.
