VIEW DESCRIPTION

This Knight’s Cross of the War Merit Cross with Swords is in absolute mint condition and shows still the original frosting in play with the polished highlights. A text book example out of the Deschler production with the proper silver content and manufacturers marking “1 900” on the lower cross arm rim. The die flaws are present as well as in the extension of the 3 in 1939 and the fault on the reverse lower arm In the frame to the bottom right.

A knight’s cross in this condition is extremely hard to find.
