Extremely rare Heer parade tunic of a Panzergrenadier Feldwebel. Original attached Panzergrenadier insignia in light green color. "Wiesengrün" color was not established before 1943. At this time of the war, only a very few parade tunics still made. We are looking at two years as a possible manufacturing time only. Only a very few soldiers bothered buying a parade tunic and only a few perfect would have served with Panzergrenadier troops. These is the first time we can offer a Panzergrenadier parade tunic in untouched condition.
Original attached insignia. Wartime officer's hand-sticked breast eagle attached by hand. Machine-attached collar tabs and NCO tress. Feldwebel shoulder board sewn in. Vertical green piping to the button hole. Matching green sleeve tabs. Overall matching patina and color.
Two pair of loops for badges as well as three loops for a ribbon bar or Close Combat Clasp. The 4 years Long Service Award is absolutely original but probably not to this tunic. We decided to leave it on.
Heer shooting lanyard attached to a button hiding underneath the shoulder board.
Typical silk lining. No name tag. Original attached "Bierschneider, Ingolstadt" tailor's tag.
No moth damage. Minor signs of wear. Checking the tunic carefully we found two very small bites.
