Heer (ie. Waffen-SS) under-the-tunic shirt (ie. 'Hemd') as was produced from course-like wool. The shirt has two breast-pockets and has all its period buttons in place (some of them have been, however, replaced). The shirt has clearly been worn and show some minimal damaged areas (repaired holes) as can be seen on the pictures. The shirt - which is totally void of any marking nor size-stamps - might be of Italian origin (but was as such with certainty used by the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht'). It is a medium-sized item that with certainty will fit a mannequin.
