VIEW DESCRIPTION

Porcelain plate of - according to our consignor - SS-Obergruppenführer and General der Waffen-SS Gottlob Berger, Knight's Cross of the War Merit Cross with Swords winner. Ivory-colored glazed porcelain plate with gold rim showing SS runes and the Odal runes. Maker marked on the back. No chipping.

Diameter: 25.5 cm.

Excellent condition.

More information on that specific piece was published in "The SS Leadership Corps: the Hitler Leadership Corps Series Volume 1". A family member of Berger confirmed that this piece belonged to Berger to a collector. The statement is still exciting but this collector does not want to forward it. However, contacting him for more information is possible.
