Description

Probably an early Marine-SA Service Dagger. Published in a reference book by Thomas Wittmann.

The blade is in nice condition and shows the SA motto "Alles für Deutschland" and the RZM maker's mark of Arthur Schüttelhofer (M7/13). It has minor "notches" on both edges.

Black wooden handle, however without the roundel and eagle. No chipping or cracks. Early nickel fittings. Excellent black-finished steel scabbard with nickel-plated iron fittings. It has no dents. All screws are in place.

Comes with a black 3-piece leather hanger. RZM "M5c/93" maker marked on the back of the snap clip. Fully functional.

A beautiful and extremely rare dagger.
