Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

This example of the M35 Heer officer dagger comes with portepee, dagger hangers and the leather hanger.

The blade shows some rust and tarnishing but shows the AES initials for Artur Evetz Solingen prominently.

The scabbard is mostly clean with a few flecks of tarnish but retains most of its finish.

The pumpkin orange grip is is free from damage and the pommel is also only slightly worn. There is some discoloration and corrosion and loss of finish on the eagle cross guard and the reverse of crossguard appears to be personalized with initials

Portepee does have some fraying and the hangers equally show signed of use and wear. Both hangers marked with DRGM stamps. Leather belt hangers included with nice brown pebbled leather. Fittings marked with the stylized A for Assmann.
