Luftwaffe Wehrpass to Oberfeldwebel Gerhard Kessler serving with Sturzkampfgeschwader 3. Renamed Schlachtgeschwader 3. Issued on 5. April 1937. Original applied photo. His units are listed on page 12. Awards: Austrian Anschluss Medal, Sudetenland Medal with Clasp Prager Burg, 1939 War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords, Golden Cord to Luftwaffe Personnel Trade Badge, German-Italian Africa Campaign Medal, Luftwaffe Long Service Award IV. Class (? very hard to read), and Cuff Title AFRIKA.

Campaign list from 1.9.1939 until 23.11.1944. He took part in the campaigns in Crete and North Africa. Also notes that he had enemy contact "Feindberührung" on the Eastern Front. Listed on pages 32 and 33. The book has come off the cover. Signs of use.
