A period German regulation M1936 combat tunic for a Leutnant in the « Panzergrenadier ». The tunic is untouched « as found » »condition, made from a very good quality wool. It is in nice slightly worn condition. The tunic retains a set of period machine straight stitched applied « Panzergrenadier » officer collar tabs. Shoulder boards are the sewn-in variety and remain secured to the uniform. Breast eagle is the early « Bevo » type and is period factory hand stitched. The tunic's interior is complete and lined in a light grey cotton material. Nicely ink stamped with the sizes, the date « 40 » and the maker’s details « J. Stojan Breslau ». Interior shows the dagger hanger. Really nice tunic with a great combat look.
