Heer M43 field tunic. A lightweight type from so-called "HBT" material typically issued to troops serving with South France, Italy, Greece, etc. M43 design with straight button flaps and unpleated pockets.

Breast eagle: Machine-woven EM/NCO type. Subdued. Period time attached by machine.
Collar tabs: Woven. Subdued. Machine stitched.
Shoulder boards: Field-gray base with light green piping.
Markings: none
Lining: Rayon.
Buttons: Complete and attached with the original rings.

Overall, it is a well-worn tunic in good condition.
