A collarless jacket and trousers for patients at a Heer hospital. Both items are made from off-white smooth cotton material and in unissued condition.
The jacket has the original metal buttons at the front and has the Heer Lazzaret property stamp, Reich Eagle and "R.G. 1940" markings. It has the original size 2 tag on the inside of the collar.
The trousers also have the original metal buttons on the waist openings and have the Heer Lazzaret property stamp, Reich Eagle and an "R.G. 1938" markings on the inside of the waistband. It also has the original back tightening strap and the leg straps.
