Description

The Republican version of this order was established on Jue 29, 1998 after the fall of communism. It was made the highest order in Rumania and was awarded since than to 811 Romanian citizens, 6 military units and 446 foreigners.

This Grand Cross set with swords is made from gilded metal and enamel ad comes with full sash. The application from the star came loose.
