The sabre comes with an etched blade to three sides. It shows fine ornaments and the Bavarian motto "IN TREUE FEST" as well as the "WKC" maker's mark. Furthermore the engraving "Theysons Trendel i/l Aldinger 1893". The back of the blade comes with the mark of the distributor "Lorenz Stanko München". Some stains.
A leather finished wooden grip including the wire wrapping. The wire is slightly loose on the top. Nickel-plated iron fittings. The langet comes with the engraving "Dem... Kestel Aldinger 1893" (hard to read). The pommel bears the engraved initials of the recipient.
Original black painted steel scabbard. No dents. Including the matching officer's portepee.
