Oldenburg - House and Merit Order Knight's Cross 2nd Class
Description
This knight’s cross 2nd class is made from silver and enamel and comes with its original ribbon. Elaborate and untouched enamel painting on reverse. The 2nd class is much more rare then the 2nd class with crown as it was only issued in 1906. Only 309 crosses were awarded compared to 1234 with crown.
Hard to find, especially with the elongated ring loop that was typical to this variation.
