Very nice and very rare German K98 tan oilskin receiver cover in overall very good condition. Cover is complete with all natural brown leather closures and with all studs present. Stitching is intact and complete. Interior is also complete with natural felt dust edge. It is marked with the maker’s code and the date « gan42 » on the leather, also blue ink stamped with the weapon’s designation « Mod. 98 » and Waffenamt. Very rare field gear piece rarely offered on the market !
