Third Reich forestry hunting dagger & portepee - Hörster
Third Reich forestry hunting dagger, so-called "Hirschfänger". Made by Hörster, Solingen.
A nice etched blade to three sides, showing hunting motives. Slight stains. "Hörster" maker marked. White grip plates with attached acorns as well as a lion on the front side. Probably the coat of arms of a federal state. Gilt handle fittings. Leather finished scabbard with brass fittings. No dents. Furthermore the original portepee.
