Kill report document grouping to Leutnant Heinz Fries serving with the 5./Nachtjagdgeschwader 1 together with his radio operator Unteroffizier Staffa and air gunner Obergefreiter Deubzer. Fries was credited 10 aerial victories.

Original 5./NJG1 issued "Abschussmeldung" (kill report) for the above-mentioned group's kill of a 4 engined British Halifax aircraft.
The documents state that the mission started as a "Zahme Sau" one, but due to circumstances Lt. Fires had to switch to "Wilde Sau".
18.3.1944 dated and signed.
"Gefechtsbericht" signed by Fries and two "Luftzeugenkampfberichte" signed by Staffa and Deubzer.
