Description

Rare 4-pocket service tunic for a Luftwaffe "Beamter" in the rank of an Obersekretär serving with the "Reichswetterdienst". Reichswetterdienst officials were the only officials which had blue-grey shoulder boards. The tunic comes with entirely period time attached insignia!

The EM/NCO machine-embroidered breast eagle was correctly attached by hand in the factory. The collar tabs are attached by machine! The boards are attached by hand. The color of the boards is blue-grey (besides the typical green backing). 

Early tunic with cotton lining and both belt hookss. All buttons originally attached. Gilt Luftwaffe lapel pin. 
LBA S 38 depot stamped. Size marked. Maker marked. "Fl.H.Kdtr." Neubg./ D." unit marked = "Fliegerhorstkommandantur Neuburg an der Donau".

Minor moth damage. Medium size.

Inside the pocket were a lot of original tunic buttons as well as a pair of Luftwaffe civil servants shoulder boards with pink color (Sonstiger handwerklicher Dienst) Obersekretär shoulder boards.
