Very rare portrait photo of SS-Brigadeführer and Generalmajor der Waffen-SS Fritz Witt. Original hand-signed by him! Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves winner and commander of the 12. SS-Panzer-Division "Hitlerjugend“. Killed in action on 14. June 1944 at Venoix near Caen. Slight stains on both sides. Postcard size.
