Grouping to Hauptmann Fritz B. which was consigned from the granddaughter and is available to the market for the first time. Beßler, a Legion Condor veteran, served as a pilot and had enemy missions in Africa and Russia. 47 in total and endless transport missions without enemy contact. While his exact unit is unknown to us, we know he was a member of the Sonderverband 288. Part of his grouping was an unworn unit sleeve badge. His granddaughter stated that he was in El Alamain as he told her.

February 1940 until February 1941
11 flights with Generalfeldmarschall Albert Kesselring on bord on 17.11.1940. "mit Feldmarschall Kesselring".
Mostly Ju52. 
538 flights including 25 enemy transport missions to France. Most other flights within Germany or France.

February 1941 - September 1943
Missions to Rhodos, Athen and Aleppo, Lybia! Sofia, Saloniki, Iraklon. 
Several flights with Hellmuth Felmy on bord, one with Generalfeldmarschall Kesselring. 

Enemy missions to Tobruk. Iraklion, Derna, Kastelli in July and August 1942 now having 32 enemy missions in total as confirmed inside the book.

Enemy missions during the Eastern Campaign including to Kuban, Kertsch (Krim) and other cities. Now, 47 enemy missions in total.
