A dark blue four pocket service tunic with original applied insignia. A triangle badge to the right sleeve and a hand-embroidered leader's bullion DLV sleeve eagle as well as a motorized units badge to the left sleeve. All sleeve insignia are period time applied by hand.
Hand-applied dark blue collar tabs with removed insignia. Matching blue twisted cord. Sewn-in shoulder boards with blue piping.
Black silk lining. All buttons complete and original attached.
