VIEW DESCRIPTION

Fanstic "number matching" Wehrmacht field bayonet SG 84/98. SG stands for "Seitengewehr". The bayonet can be mounted on a K98 rifle.

Grip plates: Wood. Unopened rivets
Handle: bronzed. Several markings

Blade: blackened. Markings: "S/176 K" as well as "7001". No signs of use.
Scabbard: iron. Bronzed. Only a few light dents. "7001" marked

Leather frog: Soft leather. Unmarked.
Portepee: Originally mounted. "8. Kompanie" type. Blue and red colors
