Description

1938 dated Luftwaffe officer's gala jacket with vest and matching straight trousers. The grouping still comes with all medals and belonged to Hauptmann Alois Hauser serving with Kampfgeschwader 2. Hauser was awarded the Luftwaffe Honor Goblet. Please see other items to Hauser in the catalog.

Jacket with an embroidered first pattern (drop-tail) officer's breast eagle period time attached by hand. Sewn-in flying troops Hauptmann shoulder boards.
A 1938 dated name tag "Alois Hauser". Aiguilette attached to a button underneath the shoulder board.
Blue fine silk lining. Condition 2-
Some moth damage. 

White vest with all buttons complete. Good condition.

Straight trousers with silver bullion tress to both sides of the leg. Blue silk lining.
All buttons complete. Excellent condition. 
Waist: 78cm. Length: 118cm

Fine early tombak Observers Badge by Juncker. Maker marked. Lovely patina! "AH" scratched in initials. A rare "flat-wreath" pattern"
Rare early "Schinkel" type of an 1939 Iron Cross 1st Class on screw-back. Iron core. Full original paint.
A four-place medal bar with a "Schinkel" Iron Cross 2nd Class, a 4 years Long Service Award, a Sudetenland Medal with bar "Prager Burg", a Bulgarian Bravery Cross.
A zinc Bomber Squadron Clasp in silver. Zinc. Slightly bent. One fine haircrack to the wreath (repaired).
A nice enameled Bulgarian Observer Badge.

Including modern photo copies of one poto showing Hauser with Karl Kassel (KG2) and dedication of Kessel to his "Ia" Hauser.
