Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

An early SS Service Dagger by Böker Solingen.

Nickel-plated steel blade showing the etched motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue". Blackening of the letters still present. "Böker Solingen" maker marked. Slight stains on both sides and minor rust spots.

Black wooden handle with inlaid SS roundel and national eagle. Stamped "I" on the lower cross-guard. Early nickel fittings. The scabbard retains its original finish. All four screws are in place.

It comes with the rare vertical hanger. Made from blackened leather. Stamped with "OLC" marked snap clip which is fully functional. Also the leather belt loop present.
