Luftwaffe visor cap for EM and NCOs. Unlike an officer's cap which was always worn with a silver bullion piping, EM and NCOs had a colored piping that indicated the branch they were serving for.
Branch: Flak troops. Red piping.
Insignia: A alumimum cap eagle and wreath badge. All prongs in place.
Chin strap: textbook black strap for EM and NCOs. Correct buttons period time attached.
Lining: Orange linen
Celluloid diamond: damaged
Maker's mark: Felix Weissbach. Size 56 marked.
Sweat-band: signs of wear including rips. Soft.
Rarely unit marked: "III./Flak-Rgt.29"
No moth damage! Only tone tiny hole to the front side. A normal sign of wear and use.
