Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

The blade comes with the etched motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue" and the maker's mark of Gottlieb Hammesfahr, Solingen.

Black wooden handle with inlaid eagle and SS roundel (it sits a little crooked). A few small chips in the handle. Early nickel crossguard. "III" stamped (Reichszeugmeisterei Berlin). Original black-painted steel scabbard with nickel fittings. Around 85% of the original finish is present. Also free of dents. All screws are present.

Additionally the black leather hanger. Fully working snap clips.

Light signs of usw. Good condition 2.
