Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

Kriegsmarine/Navy officer's dagger with a hammered scabbard made by Carl Eickhorn, complete with hangers and portepee.

The beautiful white grip is situated between the gold-gilt brass pommel and cross guard.
Typical Eickhorn hammered scabbard with both scabbard screws present.
The blade is in good condition with highly detailed Kriegsmarine motif etchings on the front and back, and the 1942 Eickhorn logo stamped on the back of the ricasso.
The dagger is complete with a silver portepee used for Army and Navy daggers.
The original matching gold-gilt aluminum Navy hangers are also included. All clips are in working order.
