Fantastic document and medal grouping to Feldwebel Drobczinsky. serving with M.G.Btl.13 and M.G.Btl.14 which were both part of M.G.Ski-Brigade Finnland. Complete!
1939 issued Soldbuch (issued without photograph) with many entries. Worn every day of WW2. Complete with two loose pages. Awards noted on page 22: East Medal, General Assault Badge, Iron Cross 2nd Class, Lappland Shield (20.7.1945).
Wehrpaß with original applied photograph. Full of entries. Nice March 1945 entry "Panzer-Nahkampflehrgang in Dessau Rosslau" (page 21). Panzerschreck and Panzerfaust trained! (page 20).
Medals on page 23 and 38: East Medal, General Assault Badge, Iron Cross 2nd Class, Lappland Shield (20.7.1945).
Page 32 and 33 come with a long list of all battles and campaigns he was part of. The majority took place in Finland and Norway including Narvik.
Very nice brass (silvered) cigarette case showing a map of Northern Europe. Engraved "Uffz.Korps 4./M.G.Btl.14 - Norwegen 1940/41" to the inside. Fully working. Nice condition!
Four nice photos, two in color showing "M 14" shoulder boards! Original aluminum dog tag which matches the entry in his Soldbuch.
Award documents:
- Certificate to the Lappland Shield. A nice 20.7.1945 issued example. Ink signed by an Oberst, commander of M.G.Ski-Brigade Finnland. Size: 17cm + 22cm. Folded once.
- Certificate to the Iron Cross 2nd Class. Feldpostnummer stamped. Not folded. Ink signature of the division commander.
- Certificate to the East Medal. Signed by the commander of M.G.Btl.14. Not folded.
- Certificate to the General Assault Badge. "Machinengewehrbataillon 14" stamped. Folded once.
- "Ehrendiplom" certificate. A nice winter 1933/44 issued ski competition certificate. Issued in Finnland. Color. Not folded.
