Description
Very nice 1939 manufactured M36 tunic for an Artillerie Unteroffizier. Typical early lining with size stamps, a "RENZ" maker's mark and a "M39" model stamp. The tunic comes with a few period time "fashion" modifications. The back was made a little smaller. For this reason you can not see the 3 holes for the belt hooks anymore. The lower front pockets were slightly moved upwards when the tunic was a little shortened. This happened a lot.

The insignia are absolutely period time attached. The dark green EM/NCO machine-woven breast eagle is correctly attached by hand. A little off-center which is not a bad sign at all. Machine-attached NCO tress and EM/NCO red piped artillery collar tabs. Early slip-on Unteroffizier shoulder boards with black lining.

No moth damage. Very nice condition 2.
Size M.
