Early Luftwaffe officer's sword with tombak metal parts.
Blue leather finished handle with intact wire wrapping. Matching patina to pommel and crossguard which both come with rests of the original gilding to the swastikas. Pommel slightly loose.
"David Malsch, Steinbach" maker marked as well as a Luftwaffe acceptance mark to the blade. Minor pitting to the top. The rest of the blade is in nice condition. Blue leather finished scabbard with tombak metal fittings. The screws look unopened.
