Grouping to Unteroffizier Gerhard Possin serving with 1./Panzerjäger-Abteilung 353. Formed on 8. February 1944 in the Brittany. The unit was a part of the 353. Infanterie-Division, which was involved in the Battle of the Falaise Pocket and Ruhr Pocket.
Certificate to Wound Badge in black. Issued on 8. September 1944 for his injury on 20.08.1944. Folded and two holes.
Certificate to Iron Cross 2nd Class 1939. Issued on 19. March 1945. Folded and two holes.
The Soldbuch comes with the original attached photography. Issued on 10. July 1942. Awards: Wound Badge in black, 1939 Iron Cross 2nd and 1st Class. Listed on page 22. The Iron Cross 1st Class (9.4.1945) must have been awarded to him for his bravery during the battles of the Ruhr Pocket. On 9. June 1945 POW noted on page 13.
