Description
Wehrmacht Heer EM- (ie. NCO-) pattern, M36-model field-tunic ('Feldbluse M36') as was used by a anti-tank- ie. tank-destroyer NCO (ie. 'Unteroffizier eines Panzerjägerabteilungs'). It was tailored in 1939.

The tunic comes in an overall nice (albeit clearly used- and/or worn-), condition and shows a (standard-pattern-, white-on-darker-green-coloured- and/or 'BeVo'-woven) breast-eagle period-attached (attached by means of 'hand-stitching') and shows the (typical) EM-type collar-patches as piped in bright pink (ie. 'Einheitskragenspiegel'), attached.

The tunic came with a (matching) pair of NCO-type shoulder-straps attached: these have the bright-pink (ie. 'rosa-roter') coloured branchcolour and darker-green-coloured 'upper decks'. The tunic has a greyish-coloured-, linnen-based lining and bears a clear size- (ie. date) stamping that reads: ' 43 42 90 71 66 - M39'.

Of additional interest is that this particular tunic has been constructed from (typical) Czech- or Austrian-type wool. The tunic retains all its buttons in place (of which a few might have been period-replaced). The tunic shows the typical 'pleaded' upper- and under-pockets and darker-green-coloured collar (as were specific for this pattern field-tunic).

It came with a firmly attached medal-bar ('Bandspange') as was intended for the Austrian 'Anschluss'-medal. The piece shows 3-holes (for the belt-hook attachment) and shows minimal wear, age and/or staining (but is void of any real damage or alike).

The tunic has an approximate waist of 90 cms. and will most certainly fit a medium-sized mannequin.
