Waffen-SS, 'BeVo'-woven (and clearly worn and/or shirt-removed-) EM/NCO-pattern sport-shirt device (ie. 'Sporthemd-Abzeichen') as was intended for usage by the various Waffen-SS staff throughout the war.
The patch - which is executed in black-coloured linnen on a white-coloured background - comes in a clearly worn and once shirt-attached condition: it does show some minimal wear, age and/or staining (and still shows the remains of its once present 'RzM-Etiket' on its back).
